What does our team still control?

Can external translators work with us?
Assign a language version to a vendor in the shared organisation workflow. The vendor gets a working copy. One person edits a file at a time, while others can follow live in read-only mode.
What happens to uploaded video?
Uploaded video is retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Subtitles, versions and project history remain. Video storage can be extended when needed.
